6:25am,the first blackout of the day in my area has already started when I woke up.
It was cold morning but surviviors are in terrible situation at shelter,their homes.
They don't have heating system.
They share few blankets in below freezing.
6,548 people comfirmed dead. 13,000 are still waiting for rescue.
10,354 are reported missing.
We have re-opened the cafe since Sunday. We have to do what we can do.
